Single-Origin Ecuador 72% Dark — 70g

Made from Nacional cacao beans grown in the foothills of the Andes, this bar has a deep cocoa flavour with notes of dried cherry and toasted almond. We roast the beans in small batches, winnow by hand, and conch for 48 hours to achieve a silky texture. The bar is moulded in a traditional snap-bar format and wrapped in compostable foil. 72% cacao content. 70 g.
